The group is a family owned business. It made a humble beginning in 1978 with a single petrol station in Arusha, Tanzania. Currently we have progressed to 36 filling stations in East and Central Africa. The turnover has increased from a meagre level of 1Million Litres to approximately 250 million litres annually.
The group forayed into edible cooking oil in1993 with a crushing unit in Arusha, Tanzania. Now the plant is totally integrated from seed extraction to oil refining (physical & chemical).This operations has also grown three folds from one location to 3 locations in Tanzania. We have recently opened the largest edible oil unit in Lira, Uganda .Edible oil Complexes are being set up in Zambia and Rwanda and are expected to start production by March 2013.
Our products Goldy, Sunola and Floral are sold in local and export markets. The quality of our products is proven by its acceptance in the European Market.

Each of these companies operates as an independent strategic business unit. However, these individual companies use group management resources as and when required. The group is professionally managed by competent personnel on board. We lay great emphasis on practicing fair trade policies and maintaining a high ethical standard within the company.
