On 25th to 29th September 1993, the conference was inaugurated and official declaration of the new Pioneer Conference Officers were made by the then General Secretary of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, in person of Rev'd Dr S.O. Fadeji.
Some of the pioneer officers were:
