Although Barr. Sam Otoboeze Foundation's activities started way back in 1989; it was only formally inaugurated as a body on 28 Dec. 2010 by a group of individuals, who benefited from Sam's support in one way or the other. In his inaugural speech, the Foundation's Chairman, Mr. Ambrose Odumije, reiterated that the aim of forming the Foundation was to continue to grow the dreams and ideals of Sam by touching others in dire need of help, the way they were touched by Sam.
