AIESEC in Cambodia envisions to be the first choice platform for youth empowerment towards the development and global relevance of Cambodia. As a part of AIESEC International, the world largest student-run organization, we develop leaders out of young people (university students and recent graduates) by providing them with opportunities to develop themselves through team-leading experience and ownership of various responsibilities in the operation of the organization. We also promote cross cultural understanding and professional development through international exchange; we make it possible for Cambodian students to go intern overseas, and, at the same time, organize social community-development projects in Cambodia, for which students from all around the world can come take part and work. Through leadership development and international exchange across countries, AIESEC all over the world have one common vision, which to foster peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential.
