PT Java Egg Specialities (JESS) is the first liquid egg processing industry in Indonesia and was established in 2007 as a pioneer in manufacturing various liquid egg products and its derivatives such as pasteurized liquid whole egg, egg yolk, egg white, mayonnaise, sauce and salad dressings. All the products were made from high quality fresh egg and processed with European standard using machines originating from France.
