With Shine Online TV I am exploring alternatives to what isn't making you healthy or happy in life. Because I've been there myself. So many of us feel stuck and unhappy in the lives we've created with no clue to how to get out and what to do or be instead. I personally think that it's a holistic journey. It starts with finding out who you truly are and continues with making conscious choices to feed your body & mind that's in alignment with what you've learned about yourself. It's also about how we live within our environment and love others that contributes to the mark we'll leave on this planet. In this sense, Shine Online TV is a holistic platform to explore new routes into taking ownership of your life and wellbeing by informing you about alternatives that might have been the missing link to your journey. It's a platform to inspire, not preach 'rights' and 'wrongs'. Take what inspires you, leave what doesn't. Then carve your own path.
