CCIPP, formerly called as IPCII, Ikatan Profesi Sertifikasi Coating Inspector dan Praktisi Pengecatan Indonesia or The Professional Society of Indonesian Certified Coating Inspectors & Painting Practitioner was initiated by Mr. Lindung Silalahi, a founder father for Coating Inspector Indonesia, He is a NACE International Certified Coating Inspector #3841, Penguji ahli korosi Nasional Depnaker R.I. No. 00/041/070.364/IX/1997 ID# 089609 and a person who cares and concerns on the development of Indonesia Coating Inspectors whose aim is to encourage for local expertise as to make this profession not just as a skill but to be a profession with a "Prestigious Recognition & conform to International Qualification".
Memperjuangkan rekan satu profesi untuk menjadi lebih baik, menjunjung tinggi nilai luhur untuk memajukan SDM INDONESIA yang handal yang dapat bersaing dalam era globalisasi, aktif membantu Pemerintah Indonesia dalam memerangi dampak kerugian akibat korosi dengan penerapan Penanggulangan Korosi secara tepat. Aplikasi, pengawasan, adalah mata rantai proses yang memerlukan keahlian personil. Untuk itulah CCIPP mendidik, melatih, dan mensertifikasi anggota anggotanya menjadi seorang tenaga kerja dengan jenjang keahlian yang diakui oleh pemerintah, masyarakat dan industri.
