Cassonade (Brown Sugar) is a French & Japanese online cake shop that bake delicious cakes, cupcakes, and pastries. We only use fresh, high quality ingredients and natural flavour for our bakings. These are the most important steps to compose a delightful homemade cakes and pastries to our customers. Not overly sweet, but still delicious and healthier.
Our baked goods are vary from Sponge cake, Brownies, Joconde, Tarte, Pate a Choux, and Mousse cakes. Fresh fruits are largely used to create natural flavour and colors in our baking. We do not use fondant or marzipan to create awesome cakes, as we believe that the taste of a cake is much more significant than just a beautiful look.
