With more than 10 years experience working in a Japanese kitchen in NYC, Head Chef & Co-Owner Wyn has re-created traditional sushi & sashimi delicacies with a twist of sophistication, joined by a team of elite chefs with experience of their own Zushiya is dedicated to presenting only the freshest seafood & natural ingredients.
We make our own gyoza & spring rolls as well as the dressing & the sauces. Every dish is personally touched to intrigue your taste-buds & texture plays a big role in most of the dishes.
At Zushiya, you can create your own sushi, simply tell our friendly staff or the sushi master himself your requirement & we will do our best to meet & even exceed your expectations.
