CV. GAYO GLOBAL is a coffee producer, trader and exporter based in Bener Meriah, Aceh, Indonesia. We want to support Indonesian coffee farmers to live well by buying coffee directly from them, and producing the best quality Indonesian coffee beans and roasts for local and international markets.Sumatra Gayo coffee is the most important agricultural commodity that supports the livelihoods of the Indonesian people, especially in Gayo Land where coffee plantations that have been developed since 1908 thrive in Bener Meriah Regency, Central Aceh and a small part of Gayo Lues area. The three areas, which are located at an altitude of 1200 m above sea level, have the largest coffee plantations in Indonesia, which is around 81,000 hectares. Each of the 42,000 hectares is in Bener Meriah Regency, the rest (39,000 hectares) in Central Aceh Regency. Gayo people work as coffee farmers with the dominance of Arabica varieties.
