The villa is situated in an idyllic small village. 10 mn from Aix en Provence and 5 mn from shops and amenities.
The villa can sleep 10 people, it has a large garden, the entrance is secured by an electric gate. There
is a private swimming pool (9mx 4m).
The main house comprises of a living- dining room with 2 sofas and a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen
including a dish-washer, a study- library, a cloakroom and a large master bedroom with en suite with
bay windows overlooking the garden. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 sharing an
en suite and a family bathroom. There is also a mezzanine/ play/ relaxing area. The villa is decorated
in a contemporary Provençal style.
There is a large terrace, partially covered, with a dining area and a lounging area.
The pool house contains a studio flat with sleeping/ living area, fitted kitchen and en suite.
