At DWB, Certified Wedding & Event Planner Claire-Anne Raynor, together with Carmen Phillips and Marguerite Clark, offer everything from proposal planning, full scale planning (including accommodations), hourly consults and day of management services, to couples wanting to say “I Do” in paradise!’
