TYPES OF TRAINING...
IFPros training methods include functional, performance, plyo-metric, strength and endurance training, We are also qualified in special populations i.e. Cardiac rehabilitation and GP referral, pre and post natal, rehab after surgery and injury. IFPros has a good international base support group including trainers, coaches, chiropractors, physio therapist and doctors both in the USA, Can-ada, Bermuda and the UK.
